I am Maria Carolina Fernandes de Andrade. I am 11 years old and I am from Recife. My city is small and very hot. It is very exciting, beautiful and violent. There are 1,500,000 inhabitants in Recife. There are many tourist attractions here. My city is a nice place for teens. I study English at Number One. My regular school is Centro Escolar Carochinha. I am in the 5th grade there. I take dancing classes. I usually go to the mall. I have many friends: Mariana, Clarissa, Natália, Eduardo, Saulo, João Vitor, João Guilherme, Lucas, Isaac, Guilherme, Victor and Clara. I go to the school during the week. I go to the movies with my friends on the weekends. I don't have pets. I would like to have a dog, a bird, a hamster and a small squirrel. I love listening to music. I like listening to pop music, rock, hip hop and MPB. My favorite bands are Red Hot Chilly Peppers, Green Day, Evanescence, Link Park, U2, Rihanna, Pussycat Dolls, Black Eyed Peas, Sean Kingston, Nelly Furtado, Avril Lavigne, Kelly Clarkson, Akon, Justin Timberlake, Maroon 5, Britney Spears, Shakira, Beyoncé, James Blunt. There are 10 people in my family. I have one brother and one sister. My mother is happy. She is retired. I can't play any sports. I can dance and write very well. I would like to visit London. I can see beautiful things there.
